A degree-qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor with 6+ years’ experience, Tom joined HAL in 2019 and has had success in delivering diverse projects across a wide array of sectors including refurbishment, infrastructure, logistics and residential. Tom is skilled in cost management, procurement advice, and contract writing & administration, with hands-on experience producing feasibility studies, cost plans, cost forecasting and on-site contract implementation. Tom has also proven expertise in research, stakeholder management, and sustainability gained during MSc studies. He is currently enrolled in the RICS APC pathway.
