Profile
Tom joined HAL in 2019 and has already worked on a variety of projects ranging from residential schemes to large industrial projects. He achieved his RICS-accredited MSc in Quantity Surveying in 2022. He will be pursuing other professional qualifications in the near future. He passed MSc modules in detailed measurement, strategic management, sustainability / low energy design, dispute resolution and contract administration / cashflow forecasting / production of interim valuations and final accounts. As part of his MSc, Tom produced a research-based, in-depth study on stakeholder management and sustainability between June 2021 and January 2022.
