The number of invoices received from the individual companies is reduced to one consolidated invoice per month from us that lists all the services carried out over the month.

We can act as the point of contact in emergency situations and arrange necessary contractors to make your premises safe and arrange any repair as needed. We can also check and monitor additional services to ensure the most efficient management of your premises. We can take on the full delivery of any construction or repairs for additional fees.
HAL FM will provide you with one point of contact to manage your account who will be supported by the wider HAL team.
