HAL FM will reduce the amount of time and effort you spend on maintaining your estate.

Using HAL as the single service provider greatly reduces the time spent dealing with multiple companies. We manage the FM supply chain for you, either via a fixed monthly sum or an open book cost plus fee basis. We will research and instruct contractors to undertake the necessary service and maintenance on your property. The number of invoices received from the individual companies is reduced to one consolidated invoice per month from us that lists all the services carried out over the month.

HAL FM will ensure maintenance and services are done on time and completed satisfactorily.

We will manage your maintenance requirements, ensuring compliance with regulations and managing planned preventative maintenance.

HAL FM can also manage ad hoc emergencies or capex projects.

We can act as the point of contact in emergency situations and arrange necessary contractors to make your premises safe and arrange any repair as needed. We can also check and monitor additional services to ensure the most efficient management of your premises. We can take on the full delivery of any construction or repairs for additional fees.

HAL FM will provide you with one point of contact to manage your account who will be supported by the wider HAL team.
